Works like a charm. I’m 105 lb 66 year old so this has been a game changer. It fill a lawnmower tank pretty quick so pay attention lol don’t ask.

The pump works really well - it’s quiet, fast, and the hose feels like good quality. We’re very happy with the purchase overall. One thing to be aware of is the size of your container’s opening. We have six 5‑gallon containers, and on two of them the opening is slightly too small for the pump to slide in freely. We had to push it in, and when we finished filling, we had trouble pulling the pump back out. The tip of the pump actually came off inside the container. Since the tip isn’t screwed on (it’s held by friction), the pump won’t work without it. We were able to fish the tip out and reattach it, and the pump worked again with no issues. Just make sure your container’s opening is wide enough. Four of our six containers fit perfectly, only two had this problem

This is SO much easier than trying to pour from that five gallon can with the government-mandated nozzle that spills more than its predecessors that it was supposed to replace in order to reduce spilling. 🙄 Those things are terrible. But this... So I take off the government-mandated piece of garbage and stick this into my gas can, and can now PUMP gas into my riding mower, without having to lift the 5 gallon can off the ground. Yes! It sucks gas right out of the can, and pumps it into my mower, no problem with suction or leakage at all! Works great! So glad to have it!

I have purchased several of these transfer pumps in the past. This is the only one that comes with a decent hose. Most of the hoses start leaking very quickly. This is a sturdy rubber host that should last longer than others.
