Cheap but not cheerful
It arrived and the lead looked cheap and was marked. Not what I expect for a brand new item. I did the free replacement thing which was good and came the next day, but sadly the replacement lead was even more marked. I've sent them both back and want my refund now.. Frustrating as reviews good and a lot sold. I'm maybe being a perfectionist but I like it spot on especially if brand new. It also didn't help that the delivery driver just chucked the Amazon bag which I heard hit the bottom of the stairs, I don't want faulty and damaged goods. Most of the time the Amazon drivers bring it to my first floor flat door by hand and seem to take more care. I know they are rushed but they still need to take care of people's orders.

Peeling Prongs and Poor Build Quality
Poor quality product. The plug arrived with visible peeling and patchy coating on the metal prongs, which shouldn’t happen on a brand new cable. The finish looks cheap and uneven, and it doesn’t inspire confidence in durability or safety. Would not recommend.
