Works well. Dosage is 0.75ml. I took 2ml a day due to being diagnosed with vitamin D deficiency. This affordable odorless product helped raise my vitamin D levels back to normal and I have less fatigue and better energy levels. Great brand. Please Follow the recommended dosage and take it when you drink or eat . It is tasteless and the syringe has measurements.

I have a hard time doing anything on a real schedule but this bottle and dropper is super convenient to use, I keep it right on the fridge and either put a drop in water when I eat, sometimes I even put a drop in my cereal milk. Because this D3 K2 liquid is in MCT oil, it has no taste, which is great. We have another from a different brand that uses olive oil and we prefer this one. We will continue buying this one!
