If you got the money don’t look elsewhere!
A beautiful calculator, smoothest experience compared to the ones I have used.(casio 991ES and the Fx 82ms)>>>The +plus es:It’s mainly targeted toward algebraic calculations. Calculations involving lots of 10powers(like eltronic charges) are easy with EE button. Log,ln, and custom multi tap one button and more importantly you can go to your operations history and find the value of any line at any moment, which is not possible with the casio. Greatly useful when you get an error, or you want to calculate with a new set of values. There’s also a ‘setop’ function that helps to do common operational patterns with the press of a button. For example if you’re working with problems that involve numerous area of circle calculations, you can simply save an operator as pi*r^2 into that button. It’ll operate on any value and give a result without having to type the whole line every time.Storing temp values to variables and using them are much easier with this.Built in convert to different measurement units sometimes come in real handy(it also has some built in popular universal constants too, like value of k etc. just in case)Most importantly display has more size and it becomes real easy when you’re doing lengthier step calculations. And yes turning off the calc doesn’t erase your history, that’s good if you take a break in between.>>>The -minus es:So far so good, but this has some limitations. Once you move out of the typicsl algebraic field things get a bit lengthier with this. For example general arithmetic problems could get more time consuming since the square and under-root are now clubbed into one button. You need to first place ‘2nd’ then the square root to do that operation.Matrix size is limited to 3X3 instead of Casio's 4X4.I shall update if I encounter furtherConclusion:Overall I’m satisfied with the product. I’m a BTech graduate so a good calc was needed. i would pick this over 991EX or ES. My calculations time has greatly saved. The price could be a bit lowered I guess, but texas is a marked brand in this field so I’m not surprised to see what they’re asking for this product. Overall definitely recommended.

best in scientific calculator
it is equivalent to casio 991 ES and 991 EX except a few feature. both - and (-) minus sign may confuse you. first sign is used in term sepatation but can not be put before first term and can be used to minus something from answer or last entry and on the other hand second sign is used for sin of negative angle, for negative element of matrix, negative exponent and so on.A single key but can handle many function by multiple pressing for examle sin, sin-1, sinh, sinh-1. It is only oprated by battery (with life about one year) not solar. it can work as exel of 3 coulumn upto 48 row to make table and very fast to calculate all statistical variable at one time. It is not easy to operate first time. Watch some vedio on you tube to operate it. If you find any difficulty in any operation or funtion see manual also.

Depends!
The product is working fine. However, after using this product, migrating to other calculators becomes little difficult.I used Casio fx991es plus, I lost it, hence bought this one for change. It never disappointed me unless for minor glitches.PROS:Conversion from complex to polar, and the other way round is easier compared to Casio FX991.Working with matrices is very easy and you will find it better to use this over CasioThe calculator stores the last calculations more than 20, so you can can access them very easily. You can solve equations with ease, store values of variables and evaluate polynomials.(upto 3rd degree)Conversion from HEX to Binary, that is changing number bases is so simple. It makes it easier to access hyperbolic functions, believe me I was 5 times faster than my friends, who used Casios, in my class.Cons:You need to hold 2nd button(like shift in Casio) for some simple square root calculations, exponent functions and for using the answer. There are two buttons CLEAR and DELETE it is often confusing to use them, clear is more intensive, it wipes out entire equation which you are typing and delete is little intensive it will remove only one character. Beginners may take time to adjust. There are two minus signs, one is to be used to start a equation or number with "-" and other to use in remaining calculations. The first minus key is also assigned with the answer key , hence you need to use 2nd button for accessing answer every-time.AND Editing the equations is very hard, here Casio wins. Once you type the equation editing is not easy unless the character has same no.of spaces to fill, adding brackets while editing the previous equation will slow you down.

Go for It
Been using it for around a year. The product feels uncomfortable if you are a casio buff. But, the product is excellent, its just a matter of getting used to the keys and position of the various buttons. It does take some time getting used to but totally worth it. I have a two casios 991ms and fx72, but this is the best that I could get for the same price. Remember the function keys are silver and not easily discern able, so, you can use a nail polish or some kind of paint which goes into the grooves and the keys are highlighted. The cover is a little cumbersome to operate. But, it fits the bill for me an excellent product from TI and my first calculator was also a TI in the late 80s.

good one.
I have used 3-4 Casio calculators in past, this one is better than them in some aspect. it's light weight, has wide screen, three years warranty, more functions, better solar cell(at least that's how it appear), etc.the only issue is it's MRP is 1130 and 100rs is for delivery, in market you generally get 10-15%discount on such electronic products, so u will probably get it in 900-1000. but still a good buy from here.

Great Calculator
I am using this calculator for 3 years now and I must say this is the best scientific calculator around ₹1000 mark. It has lot of extra features like matrix calculations and system of equations solver which come in very handy during engineering exams. Any engineering student can blindly buy this calculator.

Brilliant product
If you're on the lookout for a scientific calculator on the market, this should really be the one you must go for. Buttons are very tactile and provide good feedback. Also, the four line display makes it very easy to read. Makes best use of the screen real estate when compared to the Casio FX-991 ES Plus. While the TI 36X Pro might come in marginally costlier than it's Casio counterpart, it's all in all a better product.

Easy to use best in class calculator
Its a good scientific calculator. Easy to use. All functions on the finger tip. Don't bother about the money. It's worth more than the price. I bought it for ₹920. I think the demand of this calculator increases so they increased the price.

Excelente calculadora NO PROGRAMABLE

Powerful and easy to use
This is the best scientific calculator that I've ever used. It provides a lot of the functionality of the Ti-84 graphing calculator for a small fraction of the price. There are few other calculators on the market that provide comparable functionality - namely the Casio FX-991ES/FX-115ES and the Sharp ELW516XBSL. However this calculator is the best of the group. What sets this calculator apart from the pack is its ease of use and excellent usability. You don't need to read the manual to figure out how to use it, and its features are very usable.Examples:Big, High Resolution Display: All the three high end scientific calculators (this, the casio, and the sharp) have pixel grid displays and can show expressions in their written mathematical form. However this calculator's 4 line display can show more on the screen than any of the other calculators. This makes long calculations easier, makes matrix entry much more usable, data tables more usable, and data entry for statistics much easier. Unique (in this class) capabilities of this display include:- See up to 4 expressions and results at a time. The calculator puts the result on the same line as the expression when it fits comfortably. The Casio and Sharp only let you see one calculation at a time, and you must scroll back to see previous calculations.- 3x4 augmented matrix entry (for a 3 variable linear system) where the entire matrix can be seen at once. On the Casio, you have to enter larger matrices one line at a time, and on the Sharp you can only enter one coefficient at a time.- 4 row * 3 column data entry for statistics: you can see 4 rows of 3 column data at a time, plus a data entry line below. On the Casio, you can only enter X and Y values rather than having 3 arbitrary lists, and the display can only show 3 rows of 2 column data at a time. The Sharp is also limited to 2 variable XY pairs, and as a further limitation you can only enter/view one XY record at a time. Thanks to the better display and better display use, the Ti-36X Pro is by far the most capable of the pack.No Complicated Mode Switching: In the Casio/Sharp sense of modes, the TI-36X Pro has only one mode. It can do everything in that mode. There is no separate mode for integration, statistics, data entry, solving systems of different types, etc. When working under time constraints, switching between modes and navigating elaborate nested menus wastes time and breaks one's chain of thought. Losing all calculation history on a Casio/Sharp when switching modes doesn't help either. On the TI-36X Pro, just press one button to do what you want without switching mode. Want to enter data for stats? Just press the DATA button and start entering data into the table. Want to jump to solving a cubic equation? Just press poly-solve and solve your polynomial. Want to jump back into your stats? Press DATA and you'll be back with all your old data intact. Once you're done with your stats, press CLEAR and you'll be back at the regular calculator window with your calculation history and saved variables just as you left them.Numerical Integration, Numerical Differentiation, Series Summation, and Sequence Product: All these features are quick, accurate, and need no explanation to use. Note that the numerical integration algorithm used here is faster and more accurate than the Simpson's Rule used on the Sharp. The sequence product is a handy feature that you don't see on other calculators.Overall, this is a fantastic calculator. I do recommend reading the manual though. This calculator has a ton of handy features that you probably aren't aware of.With that said, I have a few minor criticisms:- The 2x2 system solver shows the AX + BY = C form rather than a 2x2 matrix. This may be more beginner friendly, but its annoying to have to press enter twice to move between variables. You need to press enter twice because it lets you change the sign between AX and BY from + to - and back. This is a useless feature that slows down operation. A regular 2x3 (2x2) augmented matrix (as used by the 3x3 solver) would be more efficient.- You need to press the up button twice and then press enter to edit the previous expression. On the Casio, you only need to press up once and then start editing right awayNotwithstanding these minor criticisms, I recommend this calculator whole heartedly. It's a must have for Engineers and Scientists.

Calcolatrice TOP
