Initially ordered these plates for the aesthetics. Unfortunately, two of them had some defects. I contacted the company via Facebook and reported my issue. At the very least I was hoping for a couple replacements, but to my surprise, they sent me a whole new set. The representative was wonderful. My new set is PERFECT! I appreciate the quality of these plates. Very heavy/sturdy. They look EXACTLY like the ad photos. And I’m always receiving compliments on them. I will definitely be updating all my dish-ware to this brand in the near future.

Absolut begeistert 🤗🙂 Das Geschirrset kam super Verpackt und schnell bei uns an. Die Optik und die Qualität sind sehr gut, wir sind super zufrieden. Leider optische Mängel an 3 bis 4 Tellern, was allerdings durch den Support super freundlich und schnell geklärt werden könnte. Einfach Spitze👍
