One of the greatest books humanity will ever have. "Despite all our limitations and fallibilities, we humans are capable of greatness." If you've already read any Sagan's Works, I bet you'll feel it's the best of his. Such a Wonderful piece of Sagan's work about our spellbinding history and whatever our fate maybe. Having enlightened by the book, I'm happy about these kind of people working for the scientific progression to enhance our perceptions about everything we used to believe!

It seems that something is out from the pages. Page quality is Soo cheap.it should cost Rs.200.

The book itself is very good due to its content, but the quality of the cover or paper is not good , it seemed to be duplicate copy of the real book. I bought it for 671rs and still didn't get decent quality product.

Carl Sagan's unparalleled sense of perspective and inimitable expository powers haven't lost any of their power to hold one enthralled. This is still a book that is worth possessing.

This product is amazing. Carl Sagan explained how we humans in future will colonize other worlds. He even gave some predictions.

This book by Carl Sagan is a gem of all books. It has brilliant illustrations of fundamentals and high level physics of universe. I purchased this for my sister and she is loving it. Keep it up Amazon and keep bringing such excellent books.. I would definitely recommend this one for all astronomical physics enthusiasts out there..

The page quality is worst and the packaging was poor as well . The content of the book is no doubt excellent but the page quality is exceptionally bad. i didn’t expect such a low quality service

Probably his best book. A fantastic read

What a wonderful book. It's amazing how clever we humans can be. The technology that sent these space craft out into the solar system and beyond is so basic compared at all they achieved. It shows how clever humans can be yet it also tells how stupid we are to endanger this beautiful planet.

邦題は「惑星へ」となっていますが、ここに綴られたセーガン博士の思いは、今や数多くのビデオ（You Tube）が製作されたように、人類の思いが、言葉（英語）という媒体となって宇宙へ向けられたかのようです。その前に、私たち人類が共感し、思いを一つにしなければならないと博士は独白します。邦題が邦題だけに、原文の英語で読んだ方が、その思いが強烈に伝わってきます。残念ながら私には英文読解の基礎がないため、セーガン博士の朗読したテープを聞きながら目で追っています（2015年にはやっとCD化されます） ずっしりと重いハードカバーなので、電車の中で「英語の勉強」として読むことができません。翻訳された「惑星へ」も良いですが、できればセーガン博士の朗読と共に、原文に目を落とすことをお勧めします。
