A complete dictionary for techniques,terms and ingredients a million dollars worth of knowledge for $20 it's a no brainer if you're in school or the industry this is a necessity.

80% of the book is a terminology dictionary
A bit disappointed, to be honest. Did not expected 310 pages to be terminology dictionary. The following 50 pages are useful data like converting temperatures, weights, sugar stages and so. And the last few pages are recommendations applicable for US.
