Best ink I’ve used
Absolutely brilliant ink, lovely flow to the ink and it dries pretty quickly. Definitely one of the best inks I’ve ever used. I purchased the nut brown lovely colour really fits the vintage style look I was going for. Great value for money I’ll definitely be adding more colours it’s brilliant.

EXACTLY what I need
Been learning how to ink lately and drawing comic characters and had been using a disappointing Chinese ink that was very patchy and showed the paper through. This is SOLID, black as night and gives a lovely finish. It does have a slight texture and I haven’t tested it’s waterproof capability yet but for using with a brush, it is absolutely smooth, beautiful and inky black. Am so pleased with the outcome of my drawings. Used with some synthetic watercolour brushes and it went quite far easily without constant re-dipping. Highly recommend. Winsor & Newton never lets me down.

Favourite Indian Ink
I like this brand of drawing ink for a simple dip pen. It’s not too thin to drip. Also good for brush painting. The glass shape is good being wider at the bottom so doesn’t tip over.

Smooth ink
Good deep colour, needs to dry fully (and then some more ) before applying watercolour over it. Flows well. Smaller bottle size than expected but will last me a quite a while.

Lovely ink
First time buying inks. I purchased for watercolour drawing purposes. This is Indian ink so will dry waterproof for line drawings. Very pleased with the consistency and colour. Its been highly recommended to me from other artists. The glass bottle is small and cute, though I am sure will last a while.

I absolutely love this golden ink, very rich and thick. I find it quite difficult to find a good quality gold ink and this one is the best according to me.

Il top per contorni e acquerello, nero nerissimo e waterproof!
Ho acquistato questa boccetta di china della Winsor & Newton per realizzare i contorni dei miei disegni prima di colorare con l'acquerello. È semplicemente fantastica: il nero è intenso, coprente e una volta asciutto diventa completamente permanente e waterproof. Potete passarci sopra tutta l'acqua e il colore che volete e la linea non sbava di un millimetro. Si stende a meraviglia sia con il pennino che con il pennello. La boccetta ha una stabilità ottima e il tappo tiene benissimo. Per me è un mai più senza nelle tecniche miste!
