It is VERY good! It improved my eyesight and testosterone levels. Only downside is it increases bile flow which causes gall stones to dislodge. If they are not flushed they cause pain.

Taurine supplements could be useful for the elderly
I believe in taurine, which is an important pseudo amino acid nutrient and antioxidant, involved in energy production and lots of other things. I personally do not know the specific efficacy of the powder form, but it seems OK. Do remember that your body can synthesise taurine, but this process deteriorates in old age (which is why I take it.) Be both prudent and wise, consult your physician before taking it; taurine is readily available in most countries, but is actually banned in Scandinavia..
