I've ordered this twice now and love it. My teeth have needed felt cleaner. I had a little bit of plaque buildup around my gumline that has cleared up and it has whitened up my teeth a lot better than expected. I like the fact it doesn't foam that much and I don't have a problem with the grittiness because I make sure to chew it up really good before brushing. I love the flavor as well. One of the most effective toothpastes I've ever used

I bought these to cut down on microplastics. I am giving it a 4 star only because I'm not completely in love with it - although it does clean my teeth very well and freshens my breath better than regular toothpaste. Here's what you need to know: it is NOT like toothpaste and I am not quite use to the different way that it feels. The directions say to chew it until it forms a "paste" - but I suppose the word "paste" made me think it would be like regular toothpaste. It's not. Think of it more like mixing flour and water to make a paste. That's what it's like but it does foam as you brush. I just need to keep using it and appreciating the fact that it comes in a glass jar rather than a plastic tube. So much safer and healthier and I think my teeth may be a tad bit whiter. So good for me. Than.k you BITE. :)

I am enjoying these! Very environmentally friendly, and taste great! Instructions said to start with two so you wouldn't lose the sense of foam that regular toothpaste gives in your mouth. But I just started with one and it was foamy enough for me. They are easily crushed in your mouth using your back teeth and then you add a dampened toothbrush and start brushing! The tablets are easily dissolved and leave my teeth and mouth feeling very clean.
