Great set of rings.
Giving these a 5 star review based on the initial impression of them. So far no issues with movement. Only a few rounds on a 300WM. Shipped fast - Prime. They are finished well. Paint is even and nothing marred or chipped. The fitment of them is pretty good. The top and bottom pieces align well, although the tops were just slightly wider than the bottom making a very small edge. Nothing that impacts use or would ever be an issue. Iโm not a fan of the cloth inside the rings, they were off center and would not aid in aligning a scope. I removed them and lapped the rings. I was actually surprised at how little was removed when doing this. So a definite plus there. The base of the rings holds well, but it is a little tricky at first because if it is angled at all it will not tighten up well on a rail or base. Easy fix though if you hold it in place and/or jiggle the ring while tightening it. I should add that these medium height rings are a little taller than the Weaver tactical or Vortex medium rings. Set side by side, they might be just shy of 1/8โ higher (0.125โ). For my use, this was not an issue. Are these Vortex or Burris....No. But when installed carefully and correctly they are very nice rings. I would not hesitate to buy these again, especially for the money. Much nicer than any other โeconomyโ priced ring I have messed with.

Great product!
These are very well built and work great! I have Thorn Tactical Scope Mount Rings on 4 rifles now and doubt I'll have to change. From my Hatsan 95 to my Remington '06 the have remained steady performance rings. They are slightly heavier than others but the price point and durability negates that. Great product!

Great scope rings needed no lapping
I used the Wheeler Scope Ring Alignment and Lapping Kit to install these scope rings on 2 rifles. There was no need to lap either scope ring as they were perfectly aligned. We've fired over 40 rounds from each rifle and the rings are solid. Good heavy duty mount for the price point.
I really like this product. Wish it gave stars for heavy duty. Seems to be extremely heavy duty and easy to put together. There is a price for this heavy duty product though. Itโs a bit heavier then normal scope mounts. With that being said I would recommend this product for any hunter or thought who just want A good piece of mind about securing their scope.

Nice and sturdy, good fit for a limited space
Red Dot site came with a high mount, The Thorn med mount is much lower and a lot easer for me to zero in on a target. A good solid mount, so far has not loosen up takes up less space

Vortex style rings, 1/4th the price. win!
I now own two pairs of these scope rings and I am really impressed by them! I have them mounted on an ar-10 308 holding a vortex viper hs-lr, and the other pair is on a savage mk-ii 22lr with a Nikon black fx1000. I have friends that first gave me crap for buying cheap rings but they have been humbled since because they work just fine. Now I laugh at them for spending 50-100 bucks on their rings. Vortex makes rings that look exactly the same for 40-50 bucks. You could buy those if you want, or you could save some money and get these.

Good small caliber scope ring
Good price, decent quality. However I don't recommend the use on anything bigger than 5.56. I had to zero my rem 700 in .308 every time I went out. And after about 10 uses the mounting nut stripped. But they're cheap scope rings, it's what I expected. Great value, and on a smaller caliber I'm sure they'll do the job and exceed expectations.

I use these on my 6.5 creedmoor Precision rifle, my 270 winchester, and my 308 ruger american. I've put about 1500 rounds total through them, and the rings and scope are perfectly still since the first time i sighted the scope in. These work better and longer than an AeroPrecision one-piece and a Vortex Precision match kit
