Honestly very very watery, thickens a bit when you do leave it a bit but the oat bits are semi crushed/ground.Strong fake sugar smellTaste is chemically sweetned.Mixed w pb it helps but would not recommend or buy again.I feel adding regular protein powder to regular oats would have been better alternative to this

Horrible gloopy glorby plumbis. Like something of a sci-fi show. Overly sweetened, terrible texture I didn’t even think was possible. Better off combining a good brand protein like myprotien and mix in some oats!
