No dump question,I usally put them after my shower make sure your groan is good and dry I use very little amount as small finger nail size or smaller amount 1/4 inch amount rub on the itch area where it itch the most like on your ball or between the leg that it leave until you take your next shower,I shower 3 times a week I don't get dirty not working or get dirty, "retired" if you work on dirty job of course everyday shower but can repeat the cream unless it itchy.
