The LiDAR navigation is accurate and efficient, allowing the robot to map rooms well and clean in an organized pattern. The battery life is impressive. With normal suction settings, it consistently runs well over an hour—close to an hour and a half—before needing to recharge, which is more than enough to clean a large area in one session. The self-emptying base is a very convenient feature and greatly reduces day-to-day maintenance. However, the process of emptying the dust bag itself to dispose of the collected dust and debris could be designed better. While it does work as intended using a shaking mechanism to release dust, a more streamlined and cleaner solution would improve the overall experience. The app is user-friendly and allows for customized cleaning schedules, room selection, and no-go zones. The mopping function works well for light, routine floor maintenance. Overall, this is a solid robot vacuum with strong cleaning power, good battery life, and smart features. With a better dust bag emptying design, it would be even better. Still, it offers good value and makes daily cleaning much easier.

Bought to replace my very old Roomba 650 that was still working fine but wanted to upgrade to self cleaning. It picks up pet hair and dust just fine but does not pick up cat litter or similar sized particles at all. Worse, it spreads it around the house. Even when the vacuum is set to max suction. Did I get a lemon? The other reviews were so good. Using on hardwood floor and low pile carpet, any suggestions for other settings would be much appreciated. Happy to re-evaluate if a solution is found.

I love this vacuum! It picks up cat hair, dust, and it even speaks! It's the coolest gadget I've ever had. It has an app that makes it easy to control, it maps the terrain all by itself and it's very, very quiet. It empties itself out! I have not yet used the mopping feature because there's a lot of DIY going on in the moppable areas of my home right now. When I registered the appliance, I was sent a complimentary accessory kit with SIX vacuum waste bags for the docking station, 3 new mop pads, and a replacement roller! It already comes with extras, including a little brush with a safety knife to cut through hair that might hamper the roller. I am alerted if anything gets stuck in the roller and it waits patiently for me to remove it and goes back about its business. It parks itself in cute 3-4 point turns, like a person in a car maneuvering in a tight space. The wifi connected right away and the app is the same one I use for my robot litter box, which is a nice coincidence. So far, it works great, and I'm very impressed with the quality and the ease of use. I'm so glad I finnally got one!
