First time trying this product, I really enjoyed them. I thought the taste was actually quite enjoyable and I did feel my energy start to pick up by the end of week two. Nice and easy in individual sachets so no measuring required and easy to use on the go out and about. I haven’t had any side effects whilst using this. I can’t wait to try more flavours

Love these, really feel they’ve made a difference to me in terms of hydration and the apricot flavour is my favourite it’s really drinkable! I can see a difference in my energy level when I drink them regularly vs when I don’t, so I do think for me they have been very effective. I like that they are single sachets it makes them really easy to use and they dissolve easily in water with a quick mix up or shake. Highly recommend trying and suggest giving it a month or two to evaluate the differences in how you feel in general as I noticed over time a general increase in how I felt!

Wow!!! I’ve just had my first sachet and just ordered another box😱. I can’t believe how good these sachets are. I immediately feel hydrated, the fogginess has lifted and the food noise is being silenced. The flavour is incredibly refreshing too. Would most definitely recommend!
