Review: A 100% complete evaluation and effective path to ending neuropathy by totally honest directions - I'm glad I bought this book, because it's the first and only honest writing that tells it as it is, and I've bought many books on the subject. Those purchases were a waste of money. Half of them stated, "accept neuropathy and live with it", and the other 50% are written by unqualified persons on the subject who either think they know what they're talking about, and they don't or they're out to make a fast and dishonest buck ! I think many people, like myself, will find it refreshing and will be happy they bought this book, if for no other reason than it tells the truth, as it is !Now this is where the hard part comes in for you and me. The book is an easy read for anyone. The path to curing neuropathy that's challenging and hard. Simply put, for those who have yet to buy the book, the book lays out the plan, and only effective plan that will work, simply explains sensible eating habits reasonable exercise. Eating limitations means giving up about 90% of our current food intake, like pastries, breads, . The book lists 19 food categories hat either have to be reduced or eliminated from consumption, and sugar and sweetening products are the 400 pound gorilla in the room. As one person with neuropathy, it's either living with leg cramps, swollen feet, sleepless nights, ineffective rub on liquids and lotions, etc. for the rest of a persons life, while the condition continues to get worst as time passes or try Dr. Brian Prax's instructions. Following the food intake as outlined in the book, seems to me to be a much smarter path to follow. The book offers hope, following it's instructions might determine its effectiveness ? Who knows ? Review: find love quick. This book is a based on sound ... - Let me start by telling you what this book isn't. It isn't a one stop shop, pop a pill, miracle promising book that guarantees that you will be healthy in 30 days or less. Most people want a quick fix. Get rich quick, get healthy quick, find love quick. This book is a based on sound medical advice and principles for healthy living. I just purchased the book and it has revealed many unhealthy practices that I have adopted in my life. There were certain foods that I had to eliminate, supplements that I had to purchase and lifestyle changes that I had to make. Once I read this book I had a destination and direction. initially I was unable to sleep because of my peripheral neuropathy. I didn't know the cause. I initially thought it was diabetes. My blood sugar however was stable. Once I changed my diet for a week which I actually committed to before purchasing this book I was able to pinpoint the source of my neuropathy. My kidneys were giving me issues. Had I not committed myself to drinking the amount of water recommended a day I would never have figured that out even though I was having back pain. There are numerous physiological issues that can lead to back pain and I never considered that my kidneys could have been the problem. This book gave me keys and principles to figure out the source of my issues. Bad kidneys can't filter out toxins properly and toxicity in the blood can cause nerve damage. I'm now recovering and I still have some issues sleeping because of my kidneys and I still need to consult a PCP (primary care physician) and these are all things that Dr. Prax recommends in his book. If I never improved physically I would have personally contacted Dr. Prax to continue to diagnose my issue. You can tell that he is passionate about people and health and his book personally helped me to enjoy life again without the anxiety of my body failing me. This was a great book, a great read and I would strongly recommend that ANYONE with health issues read this book. I rarely leave reviews, but I believe this is information that everyone needs to hear.

Neuropathy is a side affect.
If I could, I would give this book a 10 rating. I have had a minor case of Neuropath in my feet for some time now, but after reading just part of this book, it is GONE. In reading this book, I was reminded of the truth I have known for a very long time now, the Standard American Diet (SAD) is at the root of many illnesses in our population, including Peripheral Neuropathy. Look around you. What do you see? Fat people, sick people, weak people, people dying off at young ages from strokes, heart attacks, diabetes and cancers of all kinds just to name a few. School kids are sucking down sodas like fish take in water. The SAD is BAD..

He lays out the facts about peripheral neuropathy in an easy to understand way
I purchased this book in early May, 2018 because of, you guessed it, excruciating peripheral neuropathy pain in my feet. I read Dr. Prax's book and called his office within a week of receiving it. After several years of trying everything I could think of, I finally had hope! He lays out the facts about peripheral neuropathy in an easy to understand way. He is one of the "needle in the haystack" kind of doctors. The kind you hope never retires or moves away. He is a chiropractor but I would have thought he was an MD based on his knowledge. He is very down to earth (needle in the haystack), extremely knowledgeable about issues way beyond chiropractic (needle in the haystack), friendly and courteous yet to the point. I also would be remiss if I didn't mention his friendly, helpful, go out of their way to make this easier staff. I was never spoken to as though I was bothering them or asked too many questions. This is a new approach for me so I had lots of questions. I am working with Dr. Prax and his staff remotely since I live in a different state. There have been a few minor hoops to jump through because of that but Dr. Prax and his staff have stuck by me and guided me through the process. I will update this review after I have completed "my part" of Dr. Prax 90 day plan. Yes, you will play a very important role in your own healing. I love how Dr.Prax thinks - OUT OF THE BOX! Don't give up!

total waste of time and money and fails to identify the TWO most common causes of neuropathy
Too much Blathering! Sugar/Flour and Heavy Metals poisoning are the 2 most common causes of neuropathy. Stop eating/drinking all sugar and flour products and high glycemic foods. Second, find an integrative or functional medicine doctor and have them do Heavy Metal chelation of the metals in your body: lead, mercury, cadmium, etc. I recommend starting with DMSA every 4 hours for 36 hr period and listen to your body. EDTA infusions leave mercury behind in the body, redistribute it from safe fatty tissue and can redistribute making neuropathy worse. 3 days on and 11 days off is Andrew Cutlerโs protocol. Continuous treatments for 2 - 3 or more years of treatments are necessary for long-term chronic exposure (like mercury fillings) Those are the ROOT causes of neuropathy and changing your diet and metals chelation is the only way to remove a toxic burden of heavy metals from your body.

Smaller than expected, for the money.
Haven't read it, as it was bought as a Christmas gift for someone. But I have to say, for the money, I was expecting a much bigger book. However, I'm hoping the information is helpful.

Very Informative Resource Book
Wonderfully informative and solution driven resource book. I learned so much about neuropathy with his straight to the point approach. Guess what? I already feel better after a moth of applying what I have learned. This will definitely be more of a lifestyle change for me. By the way, I was already eating wholesome and clean foods but had to tweak it so my blood sugar level remains low and the doctor will guide you through it all. As far as using tech devices, I have not applied any of it except for foot massager and red light therapy. Overall, an easy to follow read.

How you can recover your health
I have been suffering from neuropathy since I got bitten on the lower leg by a redback spider in 2019. Since it was getting worse, I bought Dr Prax's book and started making changes to my lifestyle. It is not easy but I can feel the improvements and intend to do exactly what Dr Prax advises. The book is easy to read and humorous in parts. I love the book and can only recommend it.

Unbelievable title, or is it?
Most excellent book and he puts forward excellent points about neuropathy. It CAN be improved so please do not not buy this book because you think it's not possible. I repeat, DO buy this book if you want to get better and believe it you will. I also bought another book first which really helped me get my type 2 long term blood sugar level down from 10.8 to 6.4 in just 3 months and that book is called "The 8 week blood sugar diet". It sounds faddy but isn't. It came recommended by a top homeopathist and he was spot on. So basically this book helped me get it under control and the one I'm reviewing here helped my neuropathy too. Also I found a supplement called "Curalin" by "Curalife". As a part of my voracious learning curve about all things diabetes I came across Curalin and immediately knew the natural products were spot on for blood sugar management. I'm sorry this is turning into a bit of a diabetes review but it's important not believe everything you hear about it. I had kidded myself for way to long and was at serious risk. I got diagnosed (a lot of scaremongering and there's no hope and so on) I got scared, bought the 8 week diet, then this book then Curalin. I came off the regular amounts of Curalin a couple of months ago as it was too much and actually having a detrimental effect on my blood sugar would you believe! A lot of trial and error and the doctor says I will never be cured of type 2 diabetes, just in remission!! What I can tell you is I am cured. The key to ALL of this and reversing diabetes type 2 is to lose the fat around your middle and keep going until the fat has gone from around your liver and pancreas. I'm no doctor or scientist but I know myself and my pancreas IS producing insulin again. Good luck and believe it plus buy the three things I did, you won't regret it! Fantastic book!
