The Bates Method for Better Eyesight

Many of the things in this book work if one is willing to give it a shot. Found it helpful in reducing Presbyopia. I don't use my reading glasses any more.

No eye chart included in the book

It was a good product with Snellen eye chart.. after reading this book, people get a confidence of improving their eye sight... Snellen eye chart was provided at the end to check your eye sight... Over all a good product. I can see a few difference in my eye sight.

Pls don't buy this, just cheating. I purchased hoping that we will get the eye chart along with it. But there's no eye chart and paper quality looks like one you get on roadside.

Bates Method is Very Effective. It requires discipline to practice the method. I did miss the schedule several times. But My eyes are far better. I work for 4 hrs in LAPTOP during the night. without sleep. My Burning eyes are much better and I am able to sleep better. Muralidharan chennai India

great book,, for curing your eye defects. if u want to cure your eye defects than this book is excellent. this book is full of incredible,working techniques.simply do it daily and you will find result.

No eye chart enclosed....?????
