Good brand with all the good stuff in it
Nice to have collagen that will dissolve in cold water. I really enjoy the flavor. Nice change up from hot dissolve. So glad I found this. This has been my go to brand for collagen. My skin says it likes it also

Delicious
I love putting this in quinoa and adding blueberries! A healthy gluten free breakfast. Is the collagen doing anything? Hard to tell really, but being protein deficient, I might not be using enough to notice.
