I buy this cheese again and again and again and colby jack cheese shredded. You can't go wrong these last forever you can freeze them before you open them and stock up which is what I do, I just love this cheese. I also like Sargento but they're a little more expensive.

I buy this pretty often, mostly for quick meals. It’s convenient. I like that it’s already shredded, so I just grab and use it. It melts fine in tacos, quesadillas, and eggs. Nothing fancy, but it does the job. Flavor is okay. Kind of mild and a bit basic compared to block cheese I shred myself. Sometimes it feels a little dry or coated, like most pre-shredded cheese does. It’s good when I’m in a hurry, but not something I’d use for anything I really want to taste “extra good.”
