Small but works!
You know, I was skeptical after reading reviews. But it is small, it's not flashy. It does the job and quite well actually. It is very sensitive to sound and it just works. So if you want a digital recorder that has lots and lots of options, this is not for you. If you want one that records and plays back, this is it. It is actually perfect for my needs. The cat balls are just an extra toy. Some work and some don't.

Some interesting results
My daughter & her boyfriend took this to a cemetery, not realizing there was also a section for soldiers. They captured a bugle playing. They didn't know that's what it was until they played it for me.

Cheap
I sent this item back! Very cheaply made.

The nursing home loves them
Bought this as a Christmas gift for my mother in a nursing home. I don't know if it works but they've got the entire staff talking about how haunted the kitchen is etc. Worth it no matter if they work or not.
