Unusable: extremely badly cut, half the size, dishonest seller
The product arrived before it was supposed to, no problem there. Shame there isn't an option 0 star. The mesh is so badly cut that it made it impossible to put up without looking extremely messy, it looks awful. It is an appalling way to cut the product; not professional at all, a 5-year-old would have done a better job! It is also not 5mx 5m but more 5m x 1.5/2m. I asked for a refund and wasted an afternoon trying to make it fit but looks so bad, we 're going to have to take it all down again and find another solution, seller. Update: The seller is refusing to acknowledge there is an issue with the product and had the arrogance to tell me I basically didn't read the instructions nor was able to see the 4 corners (which have green twine attached to them, so can't really miss them): it's insulting! They accepted to refund but I have to pay to send back their defective product, which is appalling. So the only solution is the bin really as it is difficult to get to a post office (which is open in the current circumstances) and probably would cost around £5 to send a defective product back.

Not for pigeons!
Description states seagulls and pigeons but pigeons can get through the holes so I still have pigeons on my balcony daily. Requesting refund as not fit for purpose.
