So much better than cheap caffeine pills!
This is a great product for anybody who needs a little help staying awake and alert throughout the day. It begins working quickly, but there is no jittery or wirey effect like you'd get from other energy supplements, even if you take them with caffeinated drinks (For me, at least). Now it's very important that you know that the energy from these pills isn't overt. It's not going to be like chugging an energy drink, or even drinking a triple shot latte. These energy pills will keep you awake, but more than that you will be alert, and focused. I've found it much easier to get my work done since I started taking these. It's a long lasting energy that doesn't crash on you like synthetic caffeine will, which I think is a definite plus. One downside to anyone who's got a strong caffeine addiction, this product alone probably won't be sufficient for you at first. I’ve been taking jet alert caffeine everyday for years because my meds make me sleepy, so I had to take additional caffeine with my dose in the morning because my body was just used to a lot of caffeine. Overall this product is great in my opinion & I look forward to not needing those harsh caffeine pills anymore! I hope this review was helpful

Cheap does not Equate Bad Quality
I was kinda sceptical at first but went ahead because it’s only $9. Oh boy, best $9 spent. Each tablet contains roughly 100mg of caffeine, equivalent to a cup of coffee. However since it is in tablet/pill form, your body will digest it slowly. For my metabolism I ended up getting 2.5 hours of continuos energy before I felt tired again, there was no crash FYI. I used to use the 5 hour energy shots and it became why to costly and I always got the jitters (since it was liquid it would hit me all at once). With the tablets, I don’t have that problem. Especially since it uses L-Theanine which supposedly helps remove the jitters. I never used to be able to get up at 6am to workout before I commuted to class. I usually take 2 tablets and hit the snooze on my alarm, after 20ish minutes I wake up to my next alarm feeling refreshed. Overall, I would highly recommend to those who would like to find a healthy and economical alternative to their sugary caffeine beverages. It’s the cheapest on amazon, and for some reason if it doesn’t work, Amazon has a great return policy. Word of thumb, you should take this with food or lots of water. For me, if I don’t, it cleanses my whole digestive track (side effect of caffeine). I don’t get an upset stomach, but it all depends on how you react to this supplement. Taking this with food I don’t have any problems. Update 1/18/20: Received a mysterious package and inside were free supplements. I’ve used Weyland’s products for a while and seeing this was a nice gesture to show that they really care about their customers.

Works well with no side effects
I like this product! This is my first time ever taking an energy pill and in fact, I've never even tried an energy drink. I've been wanting to try something because I definitely need more energy in my life. The Weyland Energy Formula has impressed me. Caffeine typically makes me jittery but this product did not do that. I had no jitters at all. If I have a lot of caffeine (coffee) I'll typically 'buzz' around. The Weyland Energy is milder. It's hard to explain. I didn't buzz around but I did feel good in the sense that it took away my late-day doldrums. I didn't feel as tired as I typically do and because of that I felt and was more productive. I took 2 tablets as the bottle recommends. That is 200mg of caffeine. Mistake! LOL, I took the tablets at 4:30 pm which is when I typically begin feeling sluggish. I felt good right away, however, I was up most of the night, until 4:00 am. That is not typical for me at all. Then I read that the normal cup of coffee contains 95mg of caffeine. No wonder I was up all night. Now I'm planning on taking just one tablet, probably every other day. I think that is going to be good for me. Or I could possibly take 2 but much earlier in the day. I'm going to play around with what works best for me. I'm sure everyone is different. The other thing I really love about this product is all of the B vitamins in it. I was in need of more B's so having them combined in this energy pill is a win-win for me. The pills are small and uncoated and smell yucky so they are not very pleasant to take but the benefit is worth it in my opinion. Lastly, the price - you can't beat it. Great product, great price!

So much better than caffeine pills
I used to buy caffeine pills with L-theanine, but I didn’t like how caffeinated I’d get. I’d start sweating and the L-theanine didn’t do enough to chill the high. I’d even open the capsules and pour half into my mouth, which was better but still hit hard. So I decided to try these out and YES. This is a much much much more pleasant form of energy. I don’t feel like I’m tweaking, but I have plenty of motivation at work. I don’t feel anywhere near as irritable on these, and overall it’s a nice neutral kind of energy that feels natural.

Gives energy.
So this product has its pro’s and con’s for me. It did give me energy but it also gave me the shakes the first time I took it. I took it today with a full stomach and it seems to be a little better and made me feel better all around. Good price for the product.

Kick the sugar/artificial sweeteners out of your life & save your wallet. This has the energy you need w/o that other nonsense.
I started taking caffeine regularly to keep myself going during long shifts and it eventually became a daily habit. I've always tried to keep track of how much caffeine I have in my system and when its safe to take more, but that can be difficult with energy drinks. The thing that I really realized though was that I was KILLING my wallet buying all of these energy drinks. And not only that, even though I was doing the sugar free stuff, I was still consuming a lot of artificial sweeteners. I switched to 5 hour energy bottles and similar knock offs, but even there, you're spending $1.50 to $3+ a pop. That adds up really quickly, especially if you're doing two a day. If you consume a two pack of 5 Hour a day, at say $5.50 a pack, thats around $38.5 a week. So I knew I had to change something and I wasn't prepared to give up caffeine. So I did some research online and came across the Weyland Energy. The thing that impressed me was the lack of bs in its ingredients and that it had 100 mg a pill (instead of 200mg like a lot of them of other competitive pills. I like the flexibility of what dose I take). But not only that, that they don't try to BS you with B vitamin dosage. A 100% of your daily recommended B-Vitamins will do you just fine. 5 Hour has 8333% of your daily recommended B-12 and while that looks super sexy, you will pee almost all of that out, as your body will only take what it needs. Weyland Energy gives you exactly what you need without unnecessarily misleading amounts. It doesn't try to trick you into thinker the bigger the number the better. The pills smell vitamin-y, but its not overbearing or even a real issue. They're not very large, just a little bigger than an Ibuprofen tablet and its coated, so its easy to swallow. I was concerned about how long it'd take to dissolve and how long it'd take to kick in. But that wasn't an issue and it seems to really kick in within a half hour or less, which was true of the liquid caffeine I used to take. The thing I didn't want to come here and say was, "wow gave me the energy I needed. Really works!" because frankly thats what it says on every energy supplement/drink/shot review. At the end of the day, thats what caffeine and things like B vitamins do. However, I can tell you these pills will give you the exact energy you need in a reasonable dosage WITHOUT a bunch of gunk and filler that comes with a lot of energy supplements. No artificial sweeteners, no dyes, just a good blend of herbs, vitamins, and you're good buddy caffeine. I feel better not drinking energy drinks all the time and my wallet feels a lot better too. A couple more things before closing out. My recommendation for dosage is finding what works for you. I take two pills to match what I was taking before and then I'll take 1 or two more in about 4-5 hours. That'll cover me at work and get me through. But that won't be true for everyone. Some people it might last longer. The thing is to just be smart and not overdo the caffeine. Just start out small and go from there. Pay attention to when you feel like its wearing off. Just be smart about your caffeine dosage and don't over do it. At a certain point, adding too much caffeine won't make you any more awake and will just get your heart pounding. Caffeine is your friend as long as you regulate it and keep track of how much you're taking and how often. The other thing is I was impressed with the customer service. Right after I bought a second bottle, I got a message from the owner thanking me for being a returning customer, asking if I had questions and offering me a sample. I thanked him, told him I really liked his product and gave him my info. He replied with what was clearly not a copy and paste message and then later in the mail I received a very generous sample simply for being a regular customer. There was no demand that I'd only get it if I wrote a review, just a suggestion to give my honest thoughts and to thank me for buying their product again. Thus to be explicitly clear, the sample didn't influence me to give this product 5 stars because I would've given it 5 stars anyways. The customer service is just a bonus to an otherwise great product. Thats how much I recommend it as a caffeine fiend and someone that needs the energy to get through my day. TLDR; Want to stop spending so much money on drinks/shots and start getting your energy in a much healthier form? Buy this and try out in place of what you were taking before. You won't look back and waste your money on overpriced energy drinks full of stuff you don't need.

Just Right say Non-Coffee drinker and Coffee drinking significant other
Was everything I wanted; a no nonsense caffeine supplement. I really dug to find this because a lot of other caffeine supplements promise all kinds of non scientific nonsense at double the price. I don’t drink coffee because I hate the taste but getting through the day was really wearing me down. Especially when it came to deciding to go to the gym or not at the end of the day. Spoiler alert; I was skipping the gym to relax on the couch. For an experiment I took the full dose (200mg) around 8PM on Friday night. By 7AM the following day after sleeping for 6 hours I was still buzzing off caffeine. Haha, as someone sensitive to stimulants I definitely can’t take a full dose as it just lasts way too long and the effects are too strong for me. Again I’m not a coffee drinker so someone more comfortable with caffeine might not find 200mg to be as harsh as I do. I take 1 pill (100mg) in the morning and it keeps me comfortably alert through my whole day. It usually kicks in within 15-20mins so I often take it hit snooze and wake up again fully ready to hop out of bed. My boyfriend who is a daily cup of coffee person takes these from time to time when he’s too in a rush for that cup but doesn’t want to suffer the withdrawal headache. He reports one pill gets him through the day comfortably as well for what that’s worth to you coffee addicts out there. I love that this is also bundled with vitamins and other goodies too. It definitely makes me more confident in the product than some of these other brands out there claiming to do all sorts of bunk. Can’t recommend these enough will definitely be buying again.

Still distracted, but now I’m distracted with energy.
This gave me a nice, steady boost without the jitters. The caffeine feels smoother than coffee, and I like that it has B vitamins and herbs for extra support. It’s more of a focused, alert energy than a big burst, which works well for me. Only downside is the herbal aftertaste if you don’t swallow fast, but overall it’s a solid clean energy option.
