They work great
Installed 6 of these. Even in my cold basement all of the tubes came on instantly with no flicker.

Bad ballast
These ballast are junk. They ruined one and sometimes they come on and not.

GOOD VALUE weak wires
Installed 6 of them and they are all working great. BIGGEST ISSUE was the wires, They are WEAK and if you tighten up a wire nut to much the wire SNAPS and you have to do it again. But for the price you cant beat it.
