Does it give a clean shave like arazor

Yes but only when it is new. The battery ran out before one year is up. Needs charging almost every day. Also the shaving head was supposed to last for 2 years but just before 1 year was up, it needs replacement as it dosent shave as well as before. New shave head is extremely costly as much as getting a new shaver. Battery replacement not available. So i dont recommend buying this

Blades need to change at what intervel n where available

Depends on usage and ur hair stiiffness and ur way of using.
