it wasn't the colour of lobster
i didn't like the brown mixture,i wanted real colour lobster,but it was probably my mistake.

This product is fantastic. I’ve used it seafood chowder and pasta dishes. The flavour profile is superb. A little goes a long way.

This adds a real lobster bisque-like flavour to any dish. My only criticism is that it is far too salty. If they cut the salt in half, it would be much better, IMO.
