Good product but in not so good condition.
Belt is good. Good hold and support for lower back. But seller is sending used or open product. Firstly, the product arrived directly in Tynor box, there was no amazon packaging. Secondly, the Tynor box was clearly opened before and it was later packed again using clear tape. Also it was clearly visible that the belt was not brand new. It was not used but for sure someone must have tried it for a couple of days and then returned it. It had dust and lint which is clear sign on usage. As I needed it due to my planned travel I kept it. Also by reading the other comments, I ordered on side bigger that turned out to be correct decision. The size chart given on home page does not seem to be very accurate. Seller should ensure better service quality before sending the product specially if any returned item is being sent to another customer. If a customer is paying for new product then he / she should get a new one only.
