Question 1

What does the bundle have that makes it more expunsive other than a game

Accepted Answer

The honest answer? Nothing. Absolutely nothing. This is just some greedy person who has bought up a bunch of the pre-orders and is selling them for an obscene price. If you look on gamestop's website, the limited edition (pre-order) retails for $359.99. This is EXACTLY that. Unless you ABSOLUTELY HAVE TO HAVE the limited edition console design, don't buy from this seller. The regular console and game will do just fine. FURTHERMORE, as long as you buy Super Smash Bros Ultimate within the first month of release (by the end of December) you will receive a code for the Parana Plant DLC in an email. They are literally selling you the design/artwork for an additional $150.

Question 2

Is this guy a rip off? Cause everything I’m reading says this seller is sending out pre opened boxes with no codes or not even the actual super smash.

Accepted Answer

pretty much. i just bought it too and mistakenly read the reviews after the fact like an idiot. no game code or physical copy for me :(

Question 3

Does this purchase qualify for the potted plant playable character?

Accepted Answer

As long as you register your physical game before January 31, 2019 you will get the character in question for free. Here are the instructions for registering a physical game:

1. Insert the game card into the Nintendo Switch console.
2. Highlight the game icon on the Nintendo Switch HOME menu.
3. Press the + or – button to access the software Options menu.
4. Highlight “My Nintendo Rewards Program,” then select “Earn Points (Game Card version only).”
5. Select the Nintendo Account where you want to apply the Gold Points.

Question 4

Does this come with anything special pre-installed? I planned to sell my switch, but I might swap out the consoles if not.

Accepted Answer

A console rarely if ever can come with something preinstalled. This just comes with a code to pre load the game.
