Although this 1st purchase was defective and had to be returned for a replacement, my review will now be based on that replacement. The first item delivered was bubble wrapped in a paper mailer; the second order was shipped in a box and in perfect condition. It is a well made and heavy metal towel ring that has a flat black patina and a slight hammered look to give it a forged iron appearance. I think it is a bit bigger than most towel rings when using it for hand towels; not sure if it's too small for a bath towel which will not be hung on this ring. So check your needed size for hanging bath towels before ordering this item. It mounts to a wall with anchors and screws which are provided. But I got creative in the mounting process and attached it to a tin/metal magazine rack for the wall, which is now being used as a faux plant container. Because of the simple design of this piece, it's an easy product to present in a more unique way for a custom look and yet be functional.

Bought it for our powder room. Be aware it is a little big but I love it. Matches the trashcan and light switch plate for a unique look. Easy to put in and great quality. Not cheap but looking for a long term beauty.

Holy Cow! This copper towel holder was huge and heavy; more so than I had expected. The lugs supplied tells a story of how much girth and weight this towel holder had and needed on your wall. When I received it, there was moisture in the bag and green oxidation or copper oxide was already occurring. This is basically a rusting of the copper metal. It looked like it was easy to install, but would require a big hole in my new sheetrock. It likely was functional, but I did not want to have to deal with the large amount of copper oxidation on my towels. As a result I had to ship it back and get a refund, which was a very easy process.

I've had this for about a year, I was worried about ruts being so close to our shower. However it's perfect. Looks like it dose the day it came. The hardware it came with was perfect. It's very sturdy. I only wish it came with a clear little dang stopper for the ring so it doesn't hit the wall so much, but that's an easy fix.

Nice hand towel holder. Hammered detail but doesnt feel like solid metal, maybe aluminum? Impressed with how durable it is and it goes with my decor

Towel rack was ok. I ended returning the item because it had more of an orange color/hue that clashes with my other decor. The hammered look was nice but I did notice the clasp that held the ring felt kind of weak. If my boys were to rough with it I think it would have broke or would have look worn down quickly.

Er ist toll sieht nicht nur gut aus er macht sich in meinem Bad auch hervorragend ..erst wollte ich nur einen doch nun rüste ich komplett um also brauche ich insgesamt 3 von ihnen...sobald der dritte da ist und fertig umgebaut ist mache ich Bilder damit man auch sieht wie gut sich diese handtuchhalter machen.

J'ai tout lu sur cet article, mais j'en tenté qd même. Et bien, je suis contente de cet achat. L'anneau est très beau et je n'ai pas de problème avec le vert de gris du cuivre qui, selon certains avis, se pose dessus. Il est vrai que c'est l'été et qu'il n'y a pas trop d'humidité dans l'air. Je le nettoie au vinaigre blanc. Il n'a pas bougé.
