Product description Professional of computer case & fan filter grills We have over 20 years of experience in professional production of case and fan filter grills Having a high level of product quality and standards Having a comprehensive product system As you can see the desertcart page, we have sale 60mm / 80mm / 90mm / 120mm / 140mm size fan filter grills, and each size is available in black and silver color for selection, rich selectivity can meet the functional and aesthetic needs of the vast majority of people well Thickened aluminum frame The frame is made of 0.6mm thick aluminum sheet stamping, the thickness of the frame reaches 1.5mm. The thickened frame makes the product more sturdy, while also retaining a certain degree of plasticity Wave type stainless steel mesh The mesh is made of 24#/25.4mm stainelss steel, great sturdy. The mesh adopts an advanced wavy design, which provides better airflow permeability and filters dust and hair well All metal - better Heat dissipation As is well known, metal has excellent thermal conductivity and heat dissipation, which has a good additional improvement on the heat dissipation of the case Easy to clean & long life Our product supports water washing or can be combined with a small amount of detergent to easily remove dust and other stains with a brush. Just like new after washing, it supports repeated use and cleaning, and has a very long service life Comparison of 4 main case fan filter gril Why choose our product (Aluminum Frame + SS Mesh)? As shown in the above figure, all indicators of our product are balanced without any shortcomings. The air flow rate passed through is very good, and it is less affected by dust coverage. It has a strong ability to block and adsorb dust/hair, is easy to clean, and can be used repeatedly for a long time. It is made of all metal, which is conducive to heat dissipation. The amount of airflow passing through is crucial for the temperature of the chassis, and dust and hair can cause significant damage to components such as the motherboard. The other three types of filter screens on the market all have serious shortcomings. Therefore, for the sake of your computer's health, we recommend that you choose our products Numerous usage scenarios For Desktop Case / Fan For Game Console / Laptop For Bitcoin mining machine For DIY Media Cabinet Product Description Compatible with: Standard 120mm Fan / Vent Condition: Brand New Color: Black Material: (1)Frame: Aluminum with 0.6mm Thickness, (2)Mesh: 24#/25.4mm Stainelss Steel Mount Hole Distance: 105 x 105mm Screws are computer fan special screw(M5*10) Item Dimensions: 4.68''x0.14''x4.68''(119 x 3.5 x 119 mm), Shipping Weight: 4.1oz / 115g Package Includes: 4x 120mm Fan Filter + 16x Screws Review: Nice fan grills. Sturdy and seem like they'll do well at filtering. - I'm not actually using these for a PC case (the most common use-case), though I do have similar but larger grills for PC use. I bought these to use in a custom 3D-printed case for a Meanwell Power Supply which I'm using for LED lighting. The PSU has a very open frame (for heat ventilation), and I wanted to keep dust out of it (one of these is sitting in a storage cupboard, and the other on top of kitchen cabinets) but without blocking the heat dissipation. I thus designed and 3D-printed (using HTPET+ filament from Fusion Filaments) a case for the PSU that still allowed ventilation around the PSU chassis, while using these filters to stop dust accumulating in the PSU. They've worked great for that purpose, and I'm sure would work just as well for use with suitably size fans in a PC case or other similar application. Review: High Quality and Durable. - If you're looking for grills for your fans, you'll love these high quality grills. They have a fine screen, but are built to be durable. I'll use these again for my next project that requires cooling.

Very good quality and air flow
These dust shrouds for 120mm PC case fans work beautifully, they have little to no noticeable performance drawbacks in terms of air flow, but are fine enough mesh to catch most hair and dust. They don’t rub against my PCs case fans and they also don’t make the front panel less lit up from the RGB fans, they seem to perform perfectly and are easily accessible, as well as easy to install. Great product!!

Not really ideal for dirt/dust; but mesh openings won't restrict airflow either
A good quality wire mesh screen for fans. However, the mesh size is not small enough to really protect the fan from dust and dirt. For example, I poured some granulated sugar over one and most of the sugar went straight thru. For hair, dust bunnies, etc it will work fine; just expect to see some dust buildup inside your equipment over time. The other thing that was a bit confusing at first is you install with the screw hole concave surface facing against the cabinet - not outside which would seem reasonable to have the screws be flush. If mounted with concave holes out then the edges of the filter have a 1/16" or so rise off the cabinet surface - defeating the screen function entirely. So make sure you have the concave hole openings towards the cabinet (filter fits flush); the screw heads will be sticking a bit. The accordian aspect of the mesh gives the filter some strength to protect things from poking in; however I found adding a regular finger guard on top gives me a better state of mind that something won't poke a hole into the filter and let the screw heads be more flush with the guard. I'm reasonably pleased with the filter as the larer openings in the mesh won't have a serious impact on airflow; but then the filtering capability is not that great for ordinary dust/dirt. A compromise for pretty much any of these muffin fan filters. The other alternative would be using the filter backwards and installing a anti-vibration gasket. I considered this but decided I didn't want to buy yet another product. However the gasket would seal the filter as well as allow using the concave holes with the tapered head screws - just a thought

Looks legit while doing its job
Pros: -Inexpensive to purchase, yet quality material -Cleans easily -Prevents dust without compromising airflow Cons: -I have 5 fans and its a 4 pack (Personal Problem) I decided to install extra fans into my computer case and I ordered these to go along with it. I have a cat and he generates a lot of hair that always finds its way into my computer. I originally worried that they would hamper the amount of airflow, but my fans are largely unaffected. These have worked wonderfully to keep my case cleaner and less dusty. Every two weeks or so I will wipe down the grills and marvel at the amount of dust they kept out of my case. You'll find yourself performing less deep cleans on the motherboard and gpu.

Easy clean filters
Nice metal filter, better than paper. Easy to clean.

Part of my network equipment cooling solution
My home network equipment is in the garage and sometimes malfunctions due to heat. Using 12volt 80mm case fans, a 12volt barrel style Y-adapter and barrel to screw terminal ends my modem, router and Vonage hardware now run cooler without malfunctions.

Better than normal PC dust filters.
Initial impressions before even using them was pretty good. Pulling them out I was pleasantly surprised at the feel of these filters. They are solid things made completely out of metal. Not flimsy at all like most dust filters, these things have some build quality to them. Unlike most dust filters which are just a piece of plastic with a bunch of tiny holes drilled into it (which tends to be very restrictive) these are a bunch of small metal wire criss crossed in a metal frame. Put into normal terms they are like a screen in a window. Comparatively they are much less restrictive than normal air filters. The only issue I have is that I can't exactly use them. My case has a very odd front fan mounting system which uses long screws (like radiator screws) and the elevated screw holes on these filters make it impossible to get the screw to reach my cases screw holes. So I guess I'll be modifing my case. But on any normal case with normal fan mounting then these should be great.

Good but can be improved
The design is good, but I needed longer screws to make it fit which made it difficult to assemble. Putting long screws should help.
