great bits.... simple if you use a impactor great for quick holes, but if you drill a lot, SDS mandatory I hate carrying two tools up the ladder, love it.... good value recommended

In the video I show the last of three holes drilled with these bits. The tip failed towards the end and you can see the results in the photos. It's possible these aren't meant for a drill in hammer mode. But this is a cheap Ryobi unit that buzzes more than it hammers. The economics of getting only three holes per bit aren't great. If you just need a few holes in some mortar joints they'll be fine. If you drilling into concrete with aggregate like I was you'll get similar results. The bits worked fast right up to the point the tip disintegrated. Then it was a no-go.

This CATITO drill bit set exceeded expectations. The carbide tips power through brick, tile, and even wood with ease. (However they are not designed for wood) I used them during a bathroom project, and they stayed sharp and precise the whole time drilling tile. Unique quad blade design that i had not used before but worked great and built strong. The hex shank fits securely in my drill with no slipping, and the variety of sizes covers most common jobs. They work great in standard drills but i would not recommend impact drills. Perfect for DIYers or pros, these bits handle tough materials without breaking the bank. Highly recommend and a good value.

I very occasionally need to drill into concrete or mortar, and most of my masonry drill bits have gotten dull from very little usage. These seem like they will be different and will last longer, due to the pointed head and multi-tooth design. They come in a nice case that holds them securely, but allows them to be easily removed (unlike many drill bit holders that grip the drill bit so hard that it's hard to get them out). The case has a sliding hanger on the back as well, so you can hang them up in your garage or workshop. I am always losing drill bits so I appreciate the inclusion of the case to keep them all together.

Our house is concrete block construction, which means that making additions to a room's decor, often entails drilling into concrete.
