Great for Kids Gymnastics Practice at Home
Bought these yoga blocks with the strap for my child to practice basic gymnastics and stretching at home. The blocks are lightweight but sturdy, and the foam is firm enough to provide support without being too hard. The strap is very helpful for stretching and flexibility exercises. Everything feels safe and well made, which is important when kids are using it. Easy to store and perfect for at-home practice. Very happy with the quality.

Exactly What I Needed!
Absolutely love these yoga blocks! They’re super sturdy and don’t slip at all, which makes me feel so much more confident with balance poses. The strap and guide were a nice bonus. I’ve already added a few new stretches to my routine. Great quality and perfect for home workouts!

Perfect for head and spine alignment
These are 3” tall perfect for side pilate or yoga work -spine and head are aligned - anything higher head is too high- like that they came with a stretch rope and a easy picture guide for different poses.

Excellent stretching set
I bought this set for my home stretching routines and was surprised by how complete it is. The EVA foam block is lightweight yet firm; it doesn't sink and feels very stable, even in balance poses. The non-slip texture is a big help, especially when I'm doing dance or Pilates exercises. The resistance band has good resistance and has been very useful for stretching my legs, working on my splits, and improving my hip opening. In addition, the included guide explains several basic exercises, which is ideal if you're a beginner or want a structured routine. Ideal for improving flexibility at home. Good quality for the price
