Will this fit on a xbox 360 E?

I have no idea on that one! The company that makes the Digital Dust Covers, custom makes them for each console deck, so you would have to ask them if they make one for the Xbox 360E! Chances are they do, as this is ALL they do is make these Dust covers!

does this fit the fat console or just the slim?

It fits the Fat. I use it for the fat console only. Not sure about the slim

Really good product and works very well. Admittedly it is a bit too big for the ps3 slim but as it is made to fit the ps3 fat, slim and the Xbox 360 it makes sense that there would be extra fabric. And the extra is not a bad thing as you can use it to tuck around the power cord and the device and enclose it better since it. An go underneath the console to use its weight to hold it in place.
