One of my containers arrived with the lid chipped in the corner. After a couple months of use, they look well worn and the lid has chipped even further. Would not buy again.

These fit perfectly in my broad and Taylor proofing box. I bought these for focaccia and making ciabatta rolls but they hold enough dough that I can proof most any dough in them. The quality is great, the lids fit tightly and they easily fit in my refrigerator for cold proofing

I had been placing my sour dough into a glass bowl that I covered with plastic for my first rise of sour dough bread. These light weight proofing containers are so much easier to use and clean. I lightly sprayed the base and lid. Each container holds dough for 3 loaves of bread. My photo shows the dough before the rise and after the rise (~8 to10 hours). I always put a box under the containers to place them closer to the stove light. I will probably purchase another double pack so I can make up to 12 loaves at a time. The container isn’t what I would consider air tight, but I was always told to loosely cover my bowls. Anyway, the dough rises perfectly in these containers! I am very pleased with them!

These containers are a great size! I use them for proofing sourdough and they easily handle 3 loaves. Also use to rise cinnamon roll dough and love that dough slides easily out of the container in a rectangle, simplifying rollout. Also, like to form cookie dough balls and store in these overnight for next day bake. They are really 5 star containers, except for the fact they are made in China😒 and expensive for a Made in China plastic container. Would not quibble about the price if they were made in America.

Use them to freeze my cookies after they are baked for my farm stand. They are perfect to fit down in a chest freezer, my cookies thawed out perfectly stored in this container on the counter overnight. Love them!!
