Great for sourdough baking. Works as good as a heavy Dutch oven.

This roasting pan is pretty small, perfect fit for 3 -4 small cornish hens, or 1 Costco rotisserie chicken, roaster is a tad bit bigger than a baseball Cap.

I really like the pans for baking sourdough bread or possibly roasting a chicken or small roast. They are lightweight and easy to utilize for multiple loaves of sourdough. My Dutch ovens are heavy and I can’t fit as many of them in the oven. I can fit twice as many roaster pans in the oven all at once.

This pan was well packaged, arrived quickly and is as described. The pan is a nice size for a chicken or roast. The metal is thinner than my old roaster and the pan handle does not fit well. The cover keeps sliding into the pan and does not nest properly. The handle is too deep for that. If the handle was just a half inch shorter it would have been a better fit to nest the lid for storage. What I did find is the lid on my older roasting pan fits well in the new pan, and the new lid is OK in the older pan. So I will keep it, otherwise I would have returned it.Hint: The manufacturer could make a couple of minor changes to rectify the lid problems.!!After reading a few reviews on other roasting pans, one review mentioned an unstable lid on a very hot pan could be dangerous. So I will return this pan and find one that has a better fit to the lid.

This is the perfect size for me. I like to bake one pan meals like chicken and veggies with potatoes.
