I recently added the floating aquarium cave to my betta tank, and it’s been a lovely little upgrade. My fish took to it almost instantly, using the tunnel as a cosy hideout during the day and a restful spot at night. The green colour looks natural in the tank and doesn’t overpower the overall aquascape, which I really like. The design feels safe for the fish — no sharp edges or rough spots — and the floating aspect gives my betta options for different depths depending on how it’s feeling. I’ve also noticed my shrimp exploring around it more, which adds a bit of activity and interest to the tank. Since introducing it, my betta seems calmer and more confident, and having somewhere secure to hide definitely feels like a boost to its overall wellbeing.

Cheap craps , had a funny smell to it , also seems very small for betta to go in , and my betta didn't got anywhere near it

I ordered this for my son’s tropical tank with a school of tetras and it’s been a hit. They seem to really like having a little roof over their heads near the surface. It gives them a bit of shade from the tank light and it’s also somewhere the smaller fish can duck into if they get startled. It is more suited to small species rather than anything bigger, but for a nano tank or community setup it’s a simple little addition that actually gets used.
