Great sprayer with long lasting battery
This battery powered sprayer is fantastic. I pumped 60 gallons of paver sealer on my driveway with absolutely no issues. The battery lasts an extremely long time. I can't even imagine doing that with a hand pump sprayer. Setup and cleanup was easy. The wide selection of nozzles is great and I especially like that it came with an extra long hose. I didn't even need to put the pack on my shoulders. I just sat the pump in the driveway and sprayed away. This pump is definitely worth the price if you have large jobs to spray.

Works great. No regrets with this purchase. I reached out to customer service. I did not get 10 different prompts & put on hold. It was one prompt and a human on the other end with no wait. Amazing customer service form Christina. I would highly recommend. Great customer service goes a long way, and they get 5 stars.

Super convenient
Love this sprayer. Battery lasts forever on a single charge. Super easy to use. Came with too many attachments as I only use a couple, but I suppose it was nice to choose from many. Its a little awkward to put it on your back when full. Might want to consider the one with a cart. 4 gallons starts to get cumbersome after a while if you need to spray a lot.

Admittedly, I have not even had a chance to use the sprayer yet, so I cannot give a full review on its actual performance at this point. I purchased the sprayer through Amazon, but since it is a PetraTools sprayer, I reached out directly to Petra Support with a few questions and concerns. I wanted to leave an initial review specifically regarding that customer service experience, because it has honestly been excellent.Anne from Petra Support handled my emails from the very beginning, and every time I reached out, she responded extremely quickly, usually within about 15 to 30 minutes. It honestly felt like I had a real person from the company available to me whenever I needed help, and I do mean a real person, not some automated AI bot giving generic responses.That kind of customer service is rare anymore. Anne was professional, helpful, and quick to address my concerns, and I truly appreciated the follow-through. Even though I have not used the sprayer yet, the customer service alone has already made a very strong impression.I will update my review once I have had a chance to actually use the sprayer, but based on the way Anne from Petra Support handled communication, I can see why their products have such strong ratings. Customer service like this absolutely makes a difference.
