This product is as described. They do the job intended. The price per quantity supplied is about the best, if you don't need a whole pound or more. Remember that a little goes a very long way. I found that if mixed into your potting soil bag, all the work is done.

Bought this item for my daughter's science party. Out of all the experiments we tried, this was by far, the one that with the biggest "wow" effect. We mixed the Sodium Polyacrylate Super Absorbent Polymer with a little bit of water, waited for a few seconds and viola. The kids loved it! Highly recommend for any magic show or science party.

Ease to use

It does not come as pictured. They've actually taken more care than that. The package I received contained a sealed reclosable bag and a small container with a lid taped down on both sides. I love avoiding a mess. The pack was much appreciated. The product is as described.

It does absorb. I have to use it more but for now I only did a test. You just have to add little by little and give it time to react before adding more each time. I find a little is more and a little goes a long way. That is why the package is so small. It's about the size of a pack of Kool Aid so remember A LITTLE GOES A LONG WAY.

This is an amazing product -- just a little bit in a ton of water makes a ton of gelatenous product that you can use in your garden or in houseplants to keep them more hydrated!

The picture makes this bag look big, but instead it's quite small so you don't get much powder at all.
