How do i contact customer service for this ite.?

Contact them through the Amazon app or go directly on the website of the manufacturer

will this compatible with sig sp2022 duty holster??

If it is CYTAC R-Defender holster or T-ThumbSmart holster, it will be compatible.

Is this compatible with Amomax holsters?

It certainly IS because when I ordered a Cytac holster I actually received an Amomax product instead. The teeth that connect the two products together don't seem to line up "perfectly", but yes, it works with Amomax holsters. At least in my experience.
