I personally suffer from poor join and tendon strength so I have to be extra vigilant when I workout. Recently I've had a bit of strain in my elbow and was using elbow wraps, although the wraps were more supportive they could be a bit of a pain to put on. I can pop the elbow supports on as and when i need and they work really well. The sizing guide specified in other reviews seems pretty spot on, The larges fit me well but bear in mind that if say you have 25cm elbows but 20inch arms, they probably wont fit.

Ne ho prese due, prima ne ho provato una e poi ho acquistato la seconda. Purtroppo ho problemini ai legamenti di entrambi gli avambracci e al gomito destro. Allenarsi con i pesi era diventato oramai non più fattibile. Devo dire che con queste fasce la situazione è migliorata, certo non aspettatevi miracoli, ma se si hanno come me infiammazioni croniche che vanno e vengono, possono aiutare molto. Ovvio che con queste problematiche l'allenamento non può essere pesante come quello di una volta, ma con una buona fascia si può ancora fare. Nello specifico questa fascia è di ottima qualità, tiene l'elasticità nonostante io sudi tantissimo e sono quindi costretto a lavarla ogni volta che la uso. Come lavaggio, personalmente consiglio una cosa non troppo aggressiva, se si tratta solo di mandar via il sudore, basta un po di risciacquo con acqua tiepida e un po' di detersivo leggero. Le misure indicate sono esatte. Per prendere la misura piegare il gomito a 45 gradi e misurarne la circonferenza, poi convertire da centimetri a pollici e guardare la tabella riportata in una delle tre immagini del prodotto. Gomitiera consigliata perchè di ottima qualità.
