Polarity Therapy Vol II helps to expand on Dr Stones theories from Vol I as well as introduce other theories. It can be somewhat complex and a little confusing at times, but Dr Stone was before his time. Many Polarity practitioners are still interpreting his work. This book shows relationships of elements as well as principles of the energetic fields within the body.
