Dry powder blush - using with a moisture base will blend fine over foundation, but not alone.
I love this color. It is perfect. I do need to add this over a moisturizing base and a moist foundation. I am 67 and need my blushes to be silky smooth and soft. However, this is better than most pressed powder blushes I have tried, and in many ways and maybe right for you. The coral pink is a blush color that flatters most. If you need to add a contour like a bronzer and shimmer highlighter over this it is ideal for me.The value is confusing to me, but it is going to flatter more oily and combination complexions. Dryness is not good for me as this is quite matte.This is a lovely gift idea for the right person. Add a bronzer and maybe a highlighter instead. Box it and git to the favorite person in your life. A youthful skin texture will be best in my opinion. You do not need to add extra-expense for a second or third product if you think you can get them at a better deal. For example, there are highlighters that are quite a great value! You do not need much.This will wash off easily. I prefer this as a backup because I have creams and softer powders.Enjoy!

Very sheer
The color is quite dissimilar between what is in the pan and what is applied to my skin. The streak on my hand took many, many swipes with my fingertips to achieve noticeable results.I don't mind a sheer color, but this will take fairly heavy application to achieve any type of pigmentation. It was scarcely noticeable on my face.
