Miracle Food Cures from the Bible

I love this book and have read it cover to cover several times over. Have invested in many of the dried herbs it refers to as well as planted some of the necessary healing herbs used in the remedies.If you are a person interested in alternative medicinal remedies, then this is the book for you. By far this is the best purchase I have ever made regarding that topic. Have also purchased about 8 additional copies as gifts to friends and spoke to a number of herbalist who currently already have it. I cannot convey how impressed I am with the information written in it. Considering that the age of promise from antibiotic use in the pharmaceutical industry is fast approaching a close, the alternative may be the answer for many. Herbs were used before antibiotics and we may need to resort to them again. Antibiotics were the wonder drug of the century and very effective, however we have built up an immunity to them through overuse and abuse as well as the use of antibiotics in the food chain. I myself no longer have an effective response to most doctor prescribed antibiotics, my only recourse is to find my own alternative treatment. The book in no way shape or form says that the "old time" medicinal methods are the answers to a medical treatment over a doctors advice. Always consult your physician. Easy read and informational, simplified and organized. Cannot recommend it enough.

It is a good educational book but don't assume you will live 700 years as they did. lol. But it just show how we are getting away from the simple easy ingredients to compare for example, todays 50 ingredients found in our bread and lots of it is not good.

This book is sort of a compilation of natural remedies taken from other similar books, with their permission of course, such as Secrets of The Chineese Herbalists, Miracle Medicine Foods, Miracle Medicine Herbs and a number of others, including some by John Heinerman. So you're getting a lot of great information from many books with out having to buy them all. Included are references to scientific studies when appropriate, written in an easy to understand style, when remedies are discussed along with many personal testimonials, which I always enjoy reading. Many if not all of the foods and herbs discussed are indeed mentioned in the Bible with numerous scriptures given where they are. There is an excellent index in the back which can be used to look up a condition and see what foods, herbs etc. can be beneficial for it or you can look up a food or herb and see a list of conditions they can be used for. This is very handy. A whole host of conditions are covered from arthrits, cancer, high blood pressure/cholestrol, ulcers, infections and many more too numerous to mention. If you are in to natural remedies this book belongs in your library.

The book was perfect for my healing journey. It was a gift to a friend who loved it so I am sending it to another friend. The condition of the book is great.

Within 7 days of receiving this book, I had given effective natural alternatives to 3 other people, as well as 2 in my own family...all of which worked! The peppermint oil for headaches and cole sores was unbelievably effective! Although the book could use some housekeeping in terms of organization, there is so much information I'm not sure where you would start. Although I like all the personal stories, some may tire of the third person anecdotes after awhile. What this book lacks in organization, however, it makes up for in EFFECTIVE, SOLID, BIBLICAL health advice. In a day when I am rarely impressed with a health book purchase, this comes as a very pleasant surprise. A must for anyone interested in natural healing and well being. Take Care and God Bless!

Started reading this book at a friends house and had to have my own copy of it. After several years of having health issues, lots of doctor bills and medicines that didn't seem to work completely, I took advice from a complete stranger for an herbal remedy because I was tired of the way things were going. After a few months, I started feeling better and after a while the problem went away. Since then I have been searching and reading about other "natural" cures. This book gives great information on several different "natural" cures and gives biblical reference to them. I also believe with God all things are possible. If he has given us the medicine to be healthy why not use it. Have started using a couple of the "treatments" in the book and have seen improvement there too. Pray that this works for you, as it has for me!

I absolutely LOVE this book! I am all about going the all natural route and staying as close to God's design as much as possible! This book was everything I expected and MORE. It has an awesome guide to sprouting at the end, which I am definitely going to be trying out. It has educated me and enlightened me in so many ways. I have used it to help with psoriasis for my son and my hubby's seasonal allergies! Who knew that aloe vera juice would do the trick along with garlic and parsley to help my hubby get through his allergy season so much better than normal (he is usually miserable for about 3 months of the year from August - October).

I love this book it has every kind of remedy for everything.
