Wanted to love it and it definitely helped with my eye contact, but I could not get past the banding caused by the office fluorescent lights. Normally one can change the fps in settings, but not in this case. You are stuck at 30 fps, so for those of us in Europe with 50Hz mains, there is a strong possibility of banding. Also annoying for me, it was not always clear when the camera was off. Yes it was theoretically off when the arm is in the horizontal position, but somehow that just did not seems sufficiently comforting. 4K looked decent, which was nice. Only comes with a USBC connection and no adapter to USB standard. Does not work well when plugged into a hub, so good bye high demand USBC port... Otherwise as easy to use as any other camera.

I love this. So small and unobtrusive. Best design to get eye level, and still see the screen. The mic was actually a bit poorer than my pc integrated mic, but I got it for the camera design. Very pleased.

Terrible quality sound - and pretty poor image quality. The associated app crashes and has to be reset daily. I am going back to my old Logitech which I now have a new appreciation for! A great idea - but the reality of the product leave alot to be desired.

So disappointing. Great idea, badly executed. The quality of the image is shockingly poor and juddery. I’ll be going back to my Logitech webcam and live with the fact I’m not looking into the camera - it’s better than this.

Exactly what I was looking for, eye contact with my clients. Tucks away when not in use, tried other designs, but this is so much neater

do not buy this product. the customer service is awful and the machine does not work. it keeps defaulting to autofocus and there is no way to access manual focus. I have spent nearly three weeks writing to customer support speaking to what appears to be an ai robot. Indeed, this robot implied I might have more luck with a new product and hence I bought this again. It will be returned. If customer service was more human and answered questions, I might be less angry. Instead, this is about time wasting and frustration. DO NOT BUY THIS!

Camera quality is great, and the "eye-contact" in meetings does make a huge difference. Excellent picture quality, even in low light. However... The software sucks! The latest download from their website is "v0.25.5 Public Beta". Every time the software loads it tells you that there is an update, which it downloads, says it installs, but nothing changes. EVERY TIME... On multiple Windows computers... Every time you reboot, you lose all your application preferences (zoom, colour balance, etc.) and have to set them up again. Personally, I wouldn't recommend this product until it ships with "non-public-beta" software. Hopefully, they'll fix the bugs so that the software matches the hardware quality.

Works well on my pc and laptop. good quality image, and is exactly as described, loved that my eyes are looking dorectly the screen, making it look like I am making eye contact.

I’m really impressed with this webcam. I work from home and have a lot of video calls, so good image quality is essential — and this camera delivers perfectly. The picture is clear, the colors look natural, and the light correction works great even on cloudy days. My older son also uses it for his streaming, and it performs just as well for him. Overall, a great purchase for both work and creative use

DONT BUY. The product was clearly used before. There was dust on the lens and the protective sticker was partly removed and dusty. The image quality is also not 4k.

I felt silly spending this much on a camera but I've enjoyed it so far. It has food customization options for audio and video and the design is very clever. It's good the camera itself is so small so it rarely blocks what's on the screen.

I use this webcam for remote sales calls, and it has been an absolute game changer. Clients cannot tell at all when I am reading notes off my screen because I am looking directly at them the entire time. I was worried about fit since I use an ultra wide curved monitor, but the bendable, adjustable bracket molds perfectly to fit the screen securely. The software that comes with it is super useful. I was using OBS software to zoom in, but then AI told me that it comes with a software itself to zoom in and that's much easier and it uses up less computer resources. The default field of view is pretty wide, but the software allows you to zoom in so you can frame yourself properly and feel closer on calls. It is very easy to flip up and down to get it out of your sightline when you are not actively on a call. The video quality is very clear, and it plugs directly into the usbc port on my MacBook Air. I did notice there is a tiny bit of wiggle room when the camera is pulled down where it can lean slightly forward or backward. I am not sure if that is intentional for micro adjusting the camera angle, but it is something worth noting. Regardless, it does not detract from how well this camera functions. Highly recommended for anyone doing virtual presentations or video sales.
