Decides to just…break?
Had this all set to run my Perkins diesel generator once a week for 15 minutes. Worked great for just about a year, and now the panel is completely unresponsive for some unknown reason. Panel background lights up green, but no buttons will respond and no text is displayed on the screen. Customer support over the phone literally asks you to EMAIL them and they respond every 3-4 days. Beyond frustrated with this company and probably am just going to buy a whole new panel from someone else at this point, as even IF I can get this working again (seems unlikely) it was a nightmare to setup the first time.
