is this fan quiet enough to sleep in? As quiet as like regular quiet stand fans, Just minimum sounds. Will mainly use during night on lowest setting.

I find it very quiet on lowest speed. A little bit louder if using the oscillating motion. I certainly can fall asleep with it on.

Is this fan cheap to run?

Yes the fan is cheap to run, infact iv just had my monthly direct debit reduced by £12 and i have my fan on every night in my bedroom. So my fan is runing for at least 8 hrs. Best fan i ever bought.
