Review for OLIDE auto door opener model 120B
Product works as advised and easy to use. Being handicapped and in a wheel chair it makes my life a lot easier to exit and enter my house. Installer had some questions on how to program the timing and got excellent support from tech support. Door is now completely installed and I couldnโt be happier. Highly recommend this product.

Great Value
We modified a condominium for ADA accessibility. This door opener was by far the best value of all our features. Very easy to install and modify the preset functions for our unique needs. We asked for some additional remote controls and the customer service was excellent in accommodating our request. Highly recommend this product

Can't hold up!
I constantly had to reset this, recalibrate, troubleshoot! Finally gave up when it was raining and it just kept randomly opening the door. Wasted my residents money. :(

We are pleased with the customer service support from the vendor.
We are using the product to enable accessibility and independence for an individual who is handicapped and uses a motorized wheelchair. We wanted to do a few customizations and called the vendor for assistance. The vendor has been helpful and is providing great customer support. This is a good solution when seeking to have a door accessible automatically/with remote control.

Olide DSW120 Auto Door Opener
This automatic door opener is exceptional. The usual openers I use are large and bulky. This is low profile and very unhindering to the aesthetics of the room I've installed it in to. The pricing was great, as well. I received the unit for just over 800 dollars, the other openers on the market are over a thousand, usually. And the sales staff returned my questions about an electric strike latch immediately and promptly. 5 stars ๐ฅ๐ฅ๐ฅ๐ฅ๐ฅ

Work's Great.
Installation...not bad. Had to use drywall screws for some of the hole's in bracket and they have to be absolutely flush or the cover won't fit. Also if mounting on drywall you have to poke a hole in the end to allow the cable to go through as opposed to coming from the back of bracket. Easy to program and I do like the fact that I could just use a plug (120) instead of getting an electrician. Have the remotes, which work great, and 2 push button ......

Excellent customer service
Bought this to fulfill a handicap bathroom requirement in Hamilton, ON. Great customer service and help. We needed an electronic lock switch, which they were kind enough to send free of cost. Very impressed.

Bought this item and while Amazon did a great job at refunding us all our money, this item is NOT CSA certified and it is illegal to install in Canada. this was not indicated anywhere on the original listing.
