Great flavor.

I needed almond flavor for Christmas baking and decided on Happy Home brand, as I have used their Maple flavoring and that is excellent. The almond flavor is also excellent, in sugar cookies, almond cookies, and a touch in vanilla cupcakes

Wonderful flavor! I added a tsp to the cake box mix, for a chocolate cupcake. Then I put some more into the water for the “tea” that I put on the cupcake and it was delicious; just filtered water and the extract, at room temperature. I did it after I took the ramekin out of the air fryer. It was easy to achieve the moist consistency with the almond flavor, that I was trying to get. I also did it with a yellow cake mix; same procedure. I put some sliced almonds on top, I used the 365 brand, and it was moist and the almond flavor was perfect! The bottle looks like a nanny McPhee remedy… but the product is really good! Not a castor oil at all! I’m very happy that I didn’t let that to stop me from buying this almond extract, love it! I wasn't sure what to expect from a brand I never heard of. But this flavoring has a great taste, not overly bitter. I made almond milk tea! Thank you Amazon for providing an avenue for regional brands to sell products to compete with big brands.

Happy Home flavoring has been around for years. I like that is non-alcoholic, and has a true flavor. Also many of their flavorings are clear which is great because it doesn’t change the color of your baked product. It comes in many flavors and perfect for all my baking needs.

I ordered this product last year and it works pretty well for a substitute. The only thing that I noticed though, is there’s no expiration date on the bottle. I’m weary to order it again as I have no way to know how long it’s good for, let alone how long it’s been sitting at the Amazon warehouse… please add an expiration date to your product and a box for better quality control and I’d gladly buy this again.

I prefer to not use products that contain alcohol. It truly doesn't all evaporate out according to the USDA. I needed to know this, as I have a son with a medical condition that the doctors told him to be sure to never have alcohol enter his body. This brand of almond flavoring has a great flavor. I especially love the touch of almond flavoring in my rice pudding. It's outstanding. So grateful this company offers non-alcoholic flavorings. Highly recommend.
