Good suggestions for TEFL lessons
It is a good book for TEFL insteuctors who are compiling their own lesson inventory for teaching students English.

Lesson plans not as expected
This book has general activities listed for different levels of learning, however the book doesn't have detailed lesson plans as I thought it would have.

Great Starting Point for Lesson Prep!
Very helpful information - a great book to have your in tool bag if you are teaching ELLs/ESLs!

No examples
Another book about nothing. This is just 332 pages of generic rambling. There are no actual examples of lessen plans included in this book. It is vague at best. A complete waste of money. In fact, I haven't found any examples of lesson plans online or anywhere else for that matter. Somebody show me what a lesson plan looks like. Why is that so hard? This makes me question the importance of lesson planning.

I'm a retired ESL teacher, ready to teach again, but this time overseas. This is a fantastic resource for reviewing strategies, methods, and materials. Right up-to-the-minute resources.

The book does not have any guidance for lesson plans.
There were 2 games I liked and used, but as far as lesson plans, do not be deceived, as a beginning ESL teacher, this was not a good resource for ideas for lesson plans. It should be named TEFL for Dummies, as that is what the book is about, TEFL.

Started reading this for Tefl lesson plan development. Well written, clear, useful. Apart from annoying typos here and there. I never both reviewing but for this I have made the effort to do so. Definitely worth the money, definitely helping me write lesson plans.

writing lesson plans can be challenging for new teachers. This book provides an excellent introduction to lesson planning. There is plenty of useful material and examples throughout this book. I would recommend this book to educators that are beginning their careers or experienced educators.
