Sweat heck of water fat
I thought this waist trainer belt was very phenomenal very very helpful I'm already getting skinny believe it or not flat stomachs sweat everything everyday

Works great, but count on only 90 days before it starts to break
Love this item - works great, BUT ... they become damaged after about 3 months with regular use (4 times per week in 8 hour intervals). Received in early July 2025 and damage starting on October 26 2025. See attached. Gonna order another, but man ... wish they'd make it a bit stronger.

Comfortable support while running or working out
Very comfortable and helps to keep your abs engaged while running or working out. The velcro hold stays in place and provides core support. Runs true to size and is adjustable.

It’s ok
It’s an ok waist trainer. It would’ve been perfect if they would’ve made it 10 inches wide and have the velcro stitched top to bottom. There’s always a gap left at the top no matter how tight you try to make it. Unfortunately, this will be returned.

Helps good form and sweat more
If you want to sweat more, this helps so much! By the end of my workout, this makes my stomach drip with sweat. It really helps suck me in and I feel like it helps my form while working out!
