Is the light function able to be turned off?

Yes. The left side of the button controls the light. Click once to turn on, and it will rotate colors continuously. Click again and it will stop on the color you are on. Click and hold, and it will turn the light off.

What's the difference between this diffuser and the one sold by Bellasentials? They look exactly the same and have the same features.
